The Chicago Bears released proposed development plans for the Arlington International Racecourse property in Arlington Heights on Sept. 6, 2022. Renderings show the Chicago Bears` preliminary plans for the Arlington Park property, including a so-called `Stadium District` on the northwest side of the property abutting Route 53 and Northwest Highway, along with mixed-use development in the rest of the footprint, including where the shuttered racetrack now stands.
